How it works

One clear path from first call to finished file.

BailLink keeps the process in order: send the link, collect the signature and payment, then release documents with a clean record behind it.

01

They sign and pay

The indemnitor opens it on their phone, completes details, signs, and pays by card in the same flow.

03

Documents stay controlled until payment is confirmed, giving your office a simple rule to follow.

Use the same core forms for every bond, with the right surety details added when needed.

Easy status checks

See where the bond stands without digging through inboxes, texts, and folders.

Built for agencies

Bail blocks and payment money

Payment before paperwork release

Built around the rule your office cares about.

Payments stay inside secure checkout, premium money lands on your agency's payment account, and BailLink keeps the release point clear: no payment confirmation, no document release.

Two payment paths

When an indemnitor pays by card at checkout, BailLink adds one simple 5% fee on top of their payment. About 3% covers card processing costs. About 2% is the BailLink platform fee.

Agencies may also enable Zelle manual verification. The client sends Zelle directly to the agency's saved business account, the agency confirms receipt, and BailLink charges the agency a flat $5 document/convenience fee before documents release.

Note: Your monthly bill is separate from checkout fees. Card networks can change processing costs over time; Zelle manual verification uses the flat agency-paid fee after your office confirms receipt.

Frequently asked questions

Plain answers about pricing, payments, and how BailLink fits your agency.

What is BailLink?

BailLink is online software that helps bail bond agencies send one link so an indemnitor can finish forms, sign, and either pay premium by card or follow agency Zelle instructions—then receive the right documents after payment is confirmed.

Where does the premium money go?

Card money from the indemnitor lands on your agency's payment account (powered by Stripe). Zelle payments go directly to your saved business Zelle account. BailLink never holds your premium in a shared platform piggy bank.

What payment fees apply?

Card checkout shows one clear 5% checkout fee on top of the bond payment, covering card processing and BailLink's platform fee. Zelle manual verification is different: the client sends payment directly to the agency's saved Zelle account, and BailLink charges the agency a flat $5 fee before documents release.

How does Zelle manual verification work?

If an agency enables Zelle, BailLink can show the agency's business Zelle recipient and exact amount in the signing portal. The bondsman confirms receipt inside BailLink, then BailLink charges the agency a flat $5 fee before documents release.

When do documents go out?

Documents unlock after the bond payment is confirmed on your agency's payment account. That protects your office and keeps the audit trail tidy.

Is my agency’s data kept separate from other agencies?

Yes. BailLink is built multi-tenant: your organization’s bond and customer records stay in your lane. Crossing into another agency’s files is blocked by design, not good luck.

What do we get with the subscription?

You get the core BailLink workspace: dashboards, bonds, indemnitor signing links, embedded checkout on your payment account, standard BailLink bond forms delivered after payment, and delivery/status tracking for your team. Add-ons later will be called out plainly if we offer them.

Can we switch from monthly to yearly later?

Yes. Billing changes are handled inside your account when that option is enabled. Until then, reach out through support—we will keep migrations straightforward.
